The Workout

In our Spartan Race Training + Ice Bath session, you'll tackle a focused 45-minute EMS workout tailored to prepare you for the Singapore Spartan Race. Led by an experienced Spartan instructor, you'll engage in dynamic exercises aimed at building strength, endurance, and agility to be able to overcome all obstacles during the race. Afterwards, immerse yourself in a 45-minute Ice Bath sessions to accelerate recovery and optimize performance. Join our supportive community and unleash your inner Spartan!
